摘要: PURPOSE: A solar heat collector with a heat pipe type vacuum pipe formed on both sides of a head unit is provided to improve thermal efficiency and to prevent a heat collecting plate from overheating in the summer. CONSTITUTION: A solar heat collector(50) with a heat pipe type vacuum pipe formed on both sides of a head unit comprises a heat collection plate(10), a heat pipe(20), a vacuum pipe(30), and a header unit(40). The vacuum pipe wraps the heat collection plate and heat pipe. The header unit includes a condensing unit inside to deliver the heat of the heat pipe to the outside. The vacuum pipe is horizontally installed for easy installation of the heat collector. The heat collection plate is inclined at a predetermined angle depending on the installation place of the heat collector.

摘要: A single vacuum-tube-type solar collector is provided to facilitate the constant distribution of the inflow amount of a heat medium by an additional distribution header provided in a manifold, thus minimizing thermal resistance when a heat exchange process is performed between the solar collector and the heat medium and increasing collection efficiency, and to allow the heat medium to go through an additional heat exchange process with a thermal storage tank through another collector and a plate-shaped heat exchanger, thus considerably increasing productivity. A single vacuum-tube-type solar collector includes a manifold(100) and a distribution header(200). The manifold is provided with a main tube(110), a water tube(120), and a plurality of collection tubes(130). The interior of the main tube is sealed so that an inflow heat medium directly goes through a heat exchange process. The water tube is provided on one end of the main tube to communicate with the main tube. The collection tubes are provided to form right angles from the water tube and are arranged at regular intervals on an end of the main tube. The distribution header is provided with a supply tube(210) and a plurality of heat exchange tubes(220). The supply tube extending from the opposite sidewall of the water tube is inserted into the main tube, with an inlet end of the supply tube sealed. The heat exchange tubes are provided to be perpendicular to the supply tube and be fit to the collection tubes. The received lower end of each heat exchange tube is open, and the heat exchange tube is spaced apart from the sealed end of the collection tube at a predetermined interval.

A solar collector with a reflector and double-sided coating to collect solar thermal includes a heat pipe as a thermal medium flowing pipe(2) positioned in a single vacuum glass pipe(4), a coated solar collecting plate(3) provided in the lower side of the heat pipe to absorb solar heat, a reflective plate(6) installed in the lower side of the solar collector to absorb reflected solar radiation and the solar heat, an evaporator formed by coating the solar collecting plate and by heating operating fluid in the heat pipe, and a condensing unit formed in a manifold mounted on the heat pipe with respect to the longitudinal direction to discharge heat of the operating fluid in the heat pipe. The sides of the solar collecting plate are coated so that the efficiency of heat collection for the solar radiation is improved.

摘要: PURPOSE: A double vacuum tube type solar collector is provided to minimize thermal resistance and prevent thermal shock, while preventing the overall system from being influenced by the breakage of heat collector tube. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of amples(1,1') are accommodated into a heat collector tube(46), and the heat collector tube is filled with an anti-freeze liquid(2). The gap formed between an outer tube(45) and the heat collector tube is vacuumed. A thermal expansion absorbing device(6) having an air vent hole(5) is inserted into a guide groove formed at an upper cap(3) protruded from the top of the heat collector tube, so that the air vent hole of the thermal expansion absorbing device corresponds to a cap air vent hole(3a) formed at the upper cap. The upper cap has a mesh net(7) arranged at the bottom of the upper cap so as to prevent the amples from moving up to the upper cap when the anti-freeze liquid is heated. The protruded upper cap is inserted into a heat accumulator or a pipe of heat exchanger.
