CONSTITUTION: A carbide producing method using food waste comprises the following steps: pulverizing the food waste, and compressing to remove the moisture from the food waste using a pulverizing blade(S1); secondly removing the moisture from the waste, and compressing before drying(S2); carbonizing the dried food waste using a heating unit(S3); condensing bad smell and volatile substances using a water cooling or coolant cooling type cooler(S4); and cutting the obtained carbide passed through the condensing process, using a cutting blade(S5).
