PURPOSE: A multi radio signal transmission system for a smart device and a computer is provided to transmit a control signal and a data signal on a real time basis through a transmitter/receiver module. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit (100) transmits or receives an ultra-wideband signal using a second transmitter/receiver module (210) built in a video output device (200). The connection unit converts the ultra-wideband signal into either a recognizable control signal or a recognizable data signal and inputs the converted signal into a mobile device (10) so that the mobile device can process the signal. The video output device includes a second power supply unit (220), the second transmitter/receiver module (210), a second control unit (230), a display unit (240), and a sound output unit (250). A video signal processing unit (231) analyzes a video control signal, converts the signal at maximum resolution provided, and transmits the signal to the display unit. A searching unit(210) receives the IP address of a second server from a boundary server by searching the boundary server which stores the IP address of the second server installed in the process. The marker photographing part takes a photograph of a marker which is displayed on a name card. The name card information receiving part provides a marker image which is recorded to a name card management server and receives name card information corresponding to the marker image. The certification checking part checks the certification of work place information which is included in name card information which is received. The address book generating part creates an address book corresponding to the marker based on the name card information and the certification of work place information.
