An LED attached to one side of a board surface is turned on by the power transmitted from the emergency circuit breaker. The LED substrate is buried in a transparent substrate cover(30) by being inserted from a lateral side of the LED substrate. A fixing panel(40) is buried in a baseboard groove pitted to constant height and depth in a wall surface side of the bottom surface. The transparent substrate cover is fixed from a front direction in order to prevent deviation.
