CONSTITUTION: Each switch lever of a main circuit breaker(11) and emergency circuit breaker(12) is installed in a same horizontal line and operates in an opposing direction. A pin bolt is combined to the switch lever of the main circuit breaker with a screw. A nut is combined to the end part of the emergency circuit breaker side with a screw. An LED substrate(20) is included in a fixed length of a baseboard formed according to the floor surface of the lower side of a distribution panel(10). An LED attached to one side of a board surface is turned on by the power transmitted from the emergency circuit breaker. The LED substrate is buried in a transparent substrate cover(30) by being inserted from a lateral side of the LED substrate. A fixing panel(40) is buried in a baseboard groove pitted to constant height and depth in a wall surface side of the bottom surface. The transparent substrate cover is fixed from a front direction in order to prevent deviation.
