    摘要: The present invention relates to a cable branch connecting device for an elevator hoist way, capable of connecting a branch cable to a main cable for the power supply of the elevator hoist way. More particularly, a cable connecting unit (10) in which unit wire connecting parts (20) including connecting terminals (30) are formed in parallel in a branch box (2) is prepared. In the cable connecting unit, the connecting terminal of the unit wire connecting part has a unit wire insertion guide groove (31) and a unit wire connection insertion groove (32) so that a copper wire (9) in the unit wire is connected to the connecting terminal while an outer cover (8a) of a unit wire is being cut by inserting the unit wire (8) of the main cable and the branch cable without extra cutting or peeling. According to the embodiment, the electric connection of the underground distribution lines can be readily and simply achieved so that the working time can be reduced and the working efficiency can be enhanced.
