摘要: The present invention relates to a thermal barrier paint composition for applying paint to a road surface, and a thermal barrier insulation paint paving construction method using the same for mitigating the urban heat island phenomenon by forming a paint paving layer having insulation properties in the upper side of permeable concrete with which a road is paved. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the thermal barrier paint composition applied to the upper part of a permeable concrete layer, with which a road surface is paved, comprises 70-85 wt% of an acrylic resin, 0.5-5 wt% of a UV stabilizer, 1-10 wt% of aluminum silicate, 1-5 wt% of a skidproof aggregate, 5-20 wt% of polyurethane, 0.1-3 wt% of an anti-foaming agent, and 0.1-3 wt% of an emulsifier by mixing thereof.

摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic maintenance system of environment-friendly tracks only for a bimodal tram, the automatic maintenance system comprising: a water tank for supplying water to natural materials that are planted around the tracks on which the bimodal tram; a water spray nozzle for spraying water in the water tank onto the natural materials; a pump for pressurizing and discharging the water in the water tank through the water spray nozzle; a rotary cutter which protrudes from the side of the bimodal tram and which cuts the natural materials higher than a fixed height; a control panel for controlling the operation of the pump and the rotary cutter; and a power supply unit. 摘要: A nonskid binder for a road having heat insulation capacity is provided to prevent an increase in temperature of a road surface, to improve pedestrian environment and to prevent tropical night by adding heat insulation additives for cutting off road heat transfer by radiation and preventing heat absorption, to have excellent adhesive strength for an asphalt road surface and to improve abrasion resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, to improve friction resistance and to make high strength nonskid pavement possible in the wintertime, to cut off urban heat island phenomenon by optimizing heat reflective and heat resistant effects, to have excellent durability after construction, and to minimize the traffic control time by performing the work rapidly. A nonskid binder for a road having heat insulation capacity comprises low viscosity MMA resin(100) formed with vinyl polymer or copolymer and added in a ratio of 38 weight percent, heat insulation hollow sphere pigments(200), as micro hollow sphere of 30~100mum having a separate foam layer, composed of one of swelling soil of alumina silica, bubble glass, pearl stone, obsidian and added in a ratio of 6 weight percent to form a closed air layer to have heat reflective efficiency and heat resistant effect, color pigments(300) formed by mixing pre-treated colored pigments, inorganic pigments or general pigments to one of aluminum or zirconium to increase heat insulation capacity and to produce colors and added in a ratio of 6 weight percent, and fillers(400) formed with one of calcium carbonate, kaoline, mica powder, barium sulphate, alumina glass fiber powder, coarse silica sand, fine silica sand, glass bead, hume silica and added in a ratio of 50 weight percent to keep high viscosity.

CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of planting base material comprises: preparing a raw mixture comprising 50-70wt% of a clinker ash having 5-20wt% of water content and a particle diameter of 1-7mm, 15-25wt% of hydraulic cement and 15-25wt% of glass powder having a particle diameter of 5mm or less; adding water to the raw mixture to adjust the water content of 10-20wt%; mixing water and the raw mixture by using a diffusion type mixer having no impeller for stirring; forming the mixture by vibration shaping; curing and drying the formed article; and calcining the resulted article at 1000-1200deg.C.
