    摘要: Provided is a photo-curable type of orthopedic fixing material which can achieve a required strength by a visible light in a short time. A photo-curable resin which comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having a structure represented by the formula (I), wherein A represents a diisocyante residue, and each of X and Y represents a (meth)acrylate residue having a hydroxyl group, and a photopolymerization initiator absorbing a light having a wave length of 400 to 700 nm is provided. The photo-curable resin (4) is held on a base material (3), to form a support material(5). The inside of the support material (5) is covered by a cushioning material (6) and the outside thereof is covered by a covering material (2), to prepare a splinting material (1) as an orthopedic fixing material. The cushioning material (6) side is applied to an affected part, a bandage is wound thereon, and the resulting package is subjected to molding with the irradiation of a visible light thereto. As a curing reaction proceeds, a splint is formed and the affected part can be fixed.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Melange type non-woven fabric having excellent durability is provided. A manufacturing method and a manufacturing device thereof are also provided. CONSTITUTION: Melange type non-woven fabric comprised of a fiber part, a ductile part and a hard part contains a polyurethane matrix binder. The ductile part contains a compound of polycarbonate polyol and polyester polyol. The hard part contains urethane group derived from reaction of isocyanate and uric polyol and uric group derived from reaction of free isocyanate group and water. The fiber part contains melange type fiber or over two fibers having different dyeing properties. A manufacturing method of the non-woven fabric comprises the steps of: preparing over two staples having different dyeing properties; mixing the staples having different dyeing properties in various proper ratios, followed by mechanical needle-punching to manufacture a medium felt; infiltrating the felt into polymer matrix; dyeing the infiltrated felt; and then finish-treating the felt. A manufacturing device thereof comprises: a needle-punching device containing a hollow needle system, wherein the hollow needle system is connected with a distributing system; and the distributing system supplying over one coloring agents.

    식 I의 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머와 400∼700㎚의 광을 흡수하는 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 광경화형 수지를 준비한다. 이 광경화형 수지(4)를 기재(3)에 유지시켜서 지지재(5)로 한다. 이 지지재(5)의 내측을 완충재(6)로, 외측을 커버재(2)로 덮고, 정형외과용 고정재인 스프린트재(1)를 얻는다. 완충재(6)측을 환부에 대고, 그 위에서 붕대를 감아서 가시광을 조사하면서 몰딩을 한다. 경화가 진행되면 스프린트가 생겨서 환부를 고정할 수 있다. (식 I 중, A는 디이소시아네이트 잔기, X, Y는 각각 히드록실기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴레이트 잔기를 나타낸다.)
