Disclosed are a solution of myrrha resin, an aqueous solution of myrrha resin and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the aqueous solution of myrrha resin in the present invention comprises the steps of obtaining powder of myrrha resin via a drying and a crushing process; increasing water solubility by mixing composite extracts with the powder of myrrha resin; adding at least one aqueous solvent selected among ethyl alcohol or fermented ethyl alcohol and then mixing; agitating the mixture of the myrrha resin with heat; obtaining the solution of myrrha resin; mixing predetermined amounts of water with the obtained solution of the myrrha resin and agitating the same with heat; and obtaining the aqueous solution of myrrha resin by mixing predetermined amounts of water with the solution of myrrha resin. Provided is the aqueous solution of myrrha which can be used in various fields such as functional food or drinks, medicine and compositions for beauty by manufacturing myrrha, which is a resin substance with low water solubility, to have water solubility.

본 발명은 다색의 스틱형 화장품 충전방법으로, 가로로 뉘어진 상태의 충전몰드에 고온(55℃~95℃)에서 유동성을 갖는 내용물을 가로방향으로 흐르게 하고 충전몰드의 기울기 변화를 이용하여 다양한 형태의 외형상 다색을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 화장품을 만드는 충전방법이다. 이 가로방향 충전방법은 충전몰드의 기울기 각도변화로 스틱부에 직선 또는 사선 형태로 구획되어진 다색 스틱형 화장품을 만들 수 있으며, 하나의 스틱에 다색으로 구성된 화장품을 만들기 위해 필요한 교체형 성형치구 또는 파티션(이하, 성형틀)등 2차 칸막이가 필요하지 않아 비용절감 효과가 있다. 또한 성형틀 적용시 내용물과 성형틀의 상용성을 낮추기 위한 이형제 오일을 사용하지 않아 스틱의 색상 구획별 갈라짐에 대한 안정성이 확보되며, 제품 외형의 다색 충전되어진 형태로 단색의 스틱형 화장품보다 시각적, 디자인적으로 제품경쟁력이 우수한 색조 화장품을 성형하기 위한 방법이다. 또한, 충전몰드를 세로로 세워서 충전해야만 했던 기존 충전방법에서 충전몰드를 가로로 뉘어진 상태로 충전하는 새로운 방법으로 충전기술의 다양화와 발전에 도움을 주는 방법이다.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic biocellulose sheet and to a cosmetic biocellulose sheet produced by using same. A biocellulose sheet is produced through a centrifuging and dehydrating step so as to have a water content of 40-70 wt%, a weight of 10-15 g , and a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm, and the biocellulose sheet is dipped in a preservative solution including a water-soluble preservative that is antibacterial and is easily soluble in water, and is then processed in a centrifuging and dehydrating step once more, so that the cosmetic biocellulose sheet of the present invention is produced which has a water content of 90-98 wt%, a weight of 20-25 g, and a thickness of 0.25-0.5 mm. The cosmetic biocellulose sheet has antibacterial properties that are maintained for a long period of time, and can be stored at room temperature in contrast to a biocellulose sheet that is not treated in the preservative solution. By means of the present invention, the cosmetic biocellulose sheet can have antibacterial properties that are maintained for a long period of time even through a natural preservative is used , can be stored at room temperature for a long period of time even while being moved, and can use the effectively reduced amount of preservatives in contrast to general cosmetics when the cosmetic biocellulose sheet is used as a cosmetic product. The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing cosmetics for skin wall reinforcement, in which similar lamellated corpuscles as a raw material for atopic treatment are put in a heater in boiling water and then heated for a predetermined period of time while being stirred, thereby extracting a cosmetic material containing white grains. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an inner container; an outer container; a heating unit which is installed in a space between the inner container and the outer container, and heats a heat transferring liquid contained in the space by external power to convert similar lamellated corpuscles present inside the inner container into white smooth grains; a stirring unit which is installed above the inner container and stirs materials inside the inner container; a draining unit which is installed below the inner container and drains the converted cosmetic materials to the outside; and a control panel which is electrically connected to the heating unit, a motor for stirring, and a motor for draining to achieve a connection to commercial power, wherein the control panel determines the operating temperature and operating time of the heating unit and controls the operations of the motor for stirring and the motor for draining.
