CONSTITUTION: A centerless grinder comprises a main body(10), grinding units(20), transfer units(30), a guide member(40), and a drive motors(50). Each grinding unit comprises first and second grinding wheels(21,22), and a grinding belt(23). Each grinding belt comprises a belt member(23a) and a grinding member(23b). Each transfer unit comprises transfer wheels(31) and a friction member(32). The guide member is arranged between the grinding units and the transfer units and supports a workpiece(1). The drive motors are connected to the grinding units and the transfer units.

The second ring forming unit bends and forms the half circular ring into a circular ring. The first and the second polishing unit grind the sharp part.

An automatic hairline apparatus for processing in a curved surface and a plane surface includes a table, an end plate, a head plate, a pair of guide rods, a jig, and a sensor. A cylinder rod is inserted in the end plate. The controller controls the speed and frequency of linear motion. The head plate attaches a plurality of brushes on the top of the table and includes a through hole which forms a linear hairline by passing a workpiece. The pair of guide rods are coupled to a linear bush for smoothly performing the linear motion which is fixed on the table. The jig fixes the workpiece which is inserted and fixed to the linear bush. The head plate is inserted into the two pairs of guide rods and has a two stage structure or a three stage structure.
