摘要： 본 발명은 우수한 단열성과 강도를 겸비한 단열재 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 단열재는, 평균 입자직경이 50㎚ 이하인 금속산화물 미립자와 보강 섬유를 포함하되, 상기 금속산화물 미립자 간에 상기 금속산화물 미립자의 일부가 용출되어서 형성된 가교 구조를 지닌다. 본 발명에 따른 단열재의 제조방법은, 평균 입자직경이 50㎚ 이하인 금속산화물 미립자와 보강 섬유를 포함하는 건식 가압 성형체를, 온도 100℃ 이상의 가압된 수증기 포화 분위기에서 양생하는 양생 공정과, 양생된 상기 건식 가압 성형체를 건조시키는 건조 공정을 포함한다.

摘要： An artificial marble and a process for preparing the same are provided to produce a stripe-patterned artificial marble having a variegated and refined feeling by forming texture patterns in stripe patterns. An artificial marble having texture patterns in stripe patterns comprises texture patterns(3a,3b,3c,3d) having at least two colors, wherein the artificial marble comprises stripe patterns(1a,1b) which are discriminated by interfaces(4a,4b) formed between two discontinuously adjacent texture patterns with regard to the texture direction. In the artificial marble, the texture patterns have a combination of at least one acrylic texture patterns using an acrylic resin as a base resin and at least one unsaturated polyester texture patterns using an unsaturated polyester resin as a base resin.

摘要： PURPOSE: A process for producing an artificial marble having a cloudy uneven pattern especially similar to natural marble in outlook is provided which gives the title marble improved in hardness, boiling resistance and absorption. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises the steps of coating on the surface of a mold by a conventional method, forming a pattern on the surface of a mold by spraying an unsaturated polyester resin coating solution having a viscosity of 20 to 30 poise at a pressure of 3 to 5 kg/cm¬2 using a spray gun having a diameter of 2 to 3mm which keeps a distance of 90 to 100cm from the mold surface with an incline of 85 to 95 degree and molding after pouring a filler in the mold on which a pattern is coated.

摘要： A method for producing an artificial marble stone panel is provided to obtain artificial marble stone having a desired image printed thereon and excellent durability via a simple and cost-efficient process. A method for producing an artificial marble stone panel comprises the steps of: (a) applying a release agent on the inner surface of a mold(102), and applying a transparent gel coating agent for improving the surface smoothness and gloss of artificial marble stone; (b) curing the transparent coating agent to form a transparent coating layer(104); (c) forming a pattern layer(106) on the top of the transparent coating layer via silk screen printing; (d) mixing a filler, metal powder, pigment powder, and synthetic resin or natural stone flake-containing artificial marble stone material, and filling the top of the pattern layer with the resultant mixture, followed by curing, to form an artificial marble stone layer(108); (f) forming a glass fiber layer on the top of the artificial marble stone layer; and (g) demolding the artificial marble stone panel comprising the transparent coating layer, pattern layer and artificial marble stone layer. Step (f) comprises: (f1) applying a mixture of glass fibers with fillers onto the top of the artificial marble stone layer; (f2) compressing the glass fiber to remove air bubbles therefrom; and (f3) curing the mixture.

摘要： Prodn. of high strength, natural stone-like, construction and decoration slabs, involves forming a flat uniformly thick layer of a mixt. of broken glass, mineral components and finely divided additives in a temp. resistant mould, drying at 60-110 degrees C in the mould, heating the layer at 0.5-3.0 K/min. to 720-1100 degrees C, holding at temp. for 20-120 mins. and cooling at 0.5-3.0 K/min. to room temp. The novelty is that the mixt. is produced from (by wt.) 85-98% broken glass, 0-14.7% mineral component and 0.3-5% total finely divided additives. Also claimed are construction and decorative materials, of bending strength at least 14 MPa, produced by the above process.
