CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an elastic floor material using expanded olefin is as follows. An expanded olefin sheet or mat is attached to concrete bottom by spreading an adhesive and pressing the sheet or mat. Polyurethane resin or urethane waterproofing agent is repetitively spread on the expanded olefin sheet or mat so as to flatten the constructed surface or mat. The flattened surface is finished with UV blocking agent such as acryl resin, antioxidant, or UV coating agent.
