摘要: PURPOSE: A salt waste re-utilizing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to easily separate Cs and Sr from LiCl salt waste by using a layer crystallization. CONSTITUTION: A crystallization furnace(100) stores LiCl salt waste including radionuclide. A crystallizer(300) is charged in LiCl salt waste stored in the crystallization furnace. The crystallizer comprises a housing(310) and a cooling unit. The cooling unit is arranged inside the housing. The cooling unit cools the housing in order to solidify the LiCl salt. A melting furnace(200) separates the LiCl salt and the radionuclide by fusing the solidified LiCl salt.

摘要: A method and equipment for granulation of radioactive wastes are provided to in-situ polymerization without mechanical mixing by making dry powder of a boric acid-containing radioactive concentrated wastewater in a stable granule shape. Equipment for granulation of radioactive wastes comprise a storage tank(12) for a granular agent, a mixing vessel(8), a middle store tank(1) for a granular agent, a nozzle part(4) injecting granular agent, a mixing rod(5), a side knife(6), a mixing vessel heating unit(9), a granulate discharging unit, and a cylinder unit(10). The storage tank stores liquid sodium silicate which is a granular agent and is operated by pneumatic pressure. The mixing vessel mixes radioactive wastes with rotating at low speed. The middle store tank uniformly injects liquid sodium silicate within the mixing vessel. The pouring nozzle part is installed at the upper part of the mixing vessel and sprays the liquid sodium silicate to the mixing vessel.

摘要: A steam generator loose parts collector weir is provided to prevent damage of a heat exchanging tube in a tube cluster by collecting foreign materials before supplied water and circulation water are flowed to the tube cluster again. A steam generator includes an outer shell, a plurality of heat exchange tubes, a wrapper shroud, a lower deck plate(40), a weir(60), a water supply distributer, and a deflector. The outer shell is vertically installed. The heat exchange tubes are supported in the outer shell and transfer primary fluid heated by an external source under an applied pressure inside. A secondary fluid volume unit positions secondary fluid to contact with the heat exchange tubes. The wrapper shroud surrounds the heat exchange tubes and the secondary fluid volume unit and includes a downcomer annulus(38) between the outer shell and the wrapper shroud. The lower deck plate covers the wrapper shroud and the heat exchange tubes and includes a through hole and a conduit. The weir surrounds the lower deck plate or a peripheral region of an upper plate(69) of a sludge collector and is fixed. The weir is extended above the lower deck plate toward a steam separator in a vertical direction and ends at an edge below the steam separator to be separated. The power supply distributer is connected with supplied water from a water supply inlet and distributes the supplied water to an upper region above the weir. The deflector is separated from an edge of the weir.

A gravitational settling bed for removal of particulate impurities in a nuclear steam generator includes a low speed region and a bleed stream transfer device. The low speed region is formed inside a recirculation type steam generator and includes a first separator deck plate(34), an upper plate(124), and a reinforcing outer circumferential ring(122). The upper plate is positioned on the first separator deck plate. The reinforcing outer circumferential ring is adjacent to the first separator deck plate and an outer circumference of the upper plate. The bleed stream transfer device transfers a bleed stream of recirculated water generated in the recirculation type steam generator.
