PURPOSE: A curable composition for optical nanoimprint is provided to be able to provide a curable film having high adhesion with metal or glass, and capable of preventing swelling or peering in an interface of a substrate at heating. CONSTITUTION: A curable composition for optical nanoimprint comprises a compound in chemical formula 1, a silane coupling agent, a radical polymerizable monomer with hydroxy group, a photopolymerization initiator, a radical polymerizable monomer without the radical polymerizable monomer, and a surfactant. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is respectively and independently C1-3 alkyl or hydrogen, R^2 is respectively and independently C2-12 alkylene able to have cyclic structure, and m is an integer from 0-2.

PURPOSE: A pattern producing method and pattern transfer equipment and a flexible display panel, a flexible solar battery, an e-book, a thin film transistor, an electromagnetic interference shielding sheet, flexible printed circuit board applying the pattern producing method and pattern transfer equipment are able to apply the patterning to a low heat resistance panel and improving the uniformity of a boundary of the transferred pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pattern producing method is as follows. A hydrophobic coating layer is formed on the panel(20) and the surface mold is formed by selective eliminating using plasma. After the pattern substance(50) is built in the surface mold with coating and sintered to the high temperature. The surface mold and object panel(80) is pressed to each other and laser is irradiated from the surface mold to the object panel or from the object panel to the surface mold, and pattern substance is irradiated to the object panel by the viscous force from the part of object panel contacting with the pattern substance of surface mold.
