The handle has connecting rooms at two ends; the levers have bent end portions, which are passed into the connecting rooms, and are fixed in position by means of bolts; thus, the levers can be pivoted to and fro for stretching a rope. The handle is luminous so that the workers can easily find the same in the dark. The handle is provided with a corrugated surface and anti-slip protrusions so that the user can hold the same without possibility of slipping in operating the winch to stretch a rope.

摘要： A strap extending and tensioning system includes a strap winding mechanism to wind a predetermined length of strap on itself. A clevis slip hook is included for coupling to a rear end of a tow truck or the like. A strap tightener allowing the strap to be tightened passes through a through slot in the strap tightener. The strap tightener has a rotatable handle to rotate counter-clockwise a pair of ratchet wheels and a shaft to wind the strap on the shaft and thus place the strap in tension loading. Two pawls, as part of a pawl plate in the rotatable handle, may engage the ratchet wheels to rotate counter-clockwise through a biasing spring which pushes the pawl plate in a predetermined direction. The shaft can wind the strap to tighten it when the displaceable handle is rotated to provide a counter-clockwise rotation of the shaft.

摘要： A protective pad made of soft materials is joined to a metallic finger-operated element of a winch for a lashing rope. The finger-operated element has a flat main body, and two spaced-apart plate portions, which stick outwards substantially perpendicular to the main body to be pushed for allowing the winch to be moved to a locked position. A portion of the protective pad covers the plate portions. Thus, a user doesn't have to contact the metallic finger-operated element directly in using the winch, eliminating the risk of the fingers getting hurt by sharp edges of the metallic element. Being made of soft materials, the protective pad is to provide the user with more comfortable touch than the relatively hard plate portions of the metallic element in operating the winch.
