    摘要: A method for serial data transmission from a transmitter to a receiver has the following steps: a) establishing at least one digital data word which is representative of a data value to be transmitted; b) establishing a pulse duration which is proportional to a non-negative integer represented by the data word plus a constant positive allowance; c) transmitting a pulse (IH, IM, IL) having the established pulse duration from the transmitter to the receiver; and d) detecting the pulse duration at the receiver and reconstructing the data word.

    摘要: A control unit includes at least one computing device and at least one separate peripheral module which is connected to the computing device via a serial multiwire bus, the peripheral module including at least one output stage for transferring serial data to means outside of the control unit. In order to keep the number of pins required on a peripheral module to a minimum, thereby reducing costs for the entire control unit, the peripheral module has an asynchronous single-wire interface between one interface for the serial multiwire bus and the output stage. The asynchronous single-wire interface is preferably a UART (universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter) interface. The serial multiwire bus is preferably a microsecond bus.

    摘要: A diaphragm pump for conveying liquids for application in a sterile environment includes passageways for conduction of a liquid, and check valves for controlling a flow of liquid through the passageways. The diaphragm pump is constructed in such a way that all surfaces of the passageways in contact with the liquid being conveyed are disposed at a slant. In addition, all transitions between liquid-conducting surfaces have a gradual configuration. For drainage of the diaphragm pump, the shutoff elements of the check valves are lifted off their valve seat through temporary generation of a magnetic field.
