摘要： An attachment for affixing hand operated side wheels to a scooter board is described. The attachment has a frame, preferably made from a metal strap with up-turned ends. The ends are sufficiently spaced to accommodate a scooter board placed between them. Each end has a short axle on which a wheel is mounted. The wheels have an outwardly oriented offset handle acting as a crank to propel the attachment when combined with a scooter board. A washer and bolt passing through the center hole of the scooter board is sufficient to mount the attachment. Slotted indexing blocks attached to the frame engage reinforcing ribs on the underside of the scooter board to prevent rotation of the attachment.

摘要： The subject garment comprises a rectangular piece of sheet material. When the garment is worn by a user one end of the piece is held against or close to the user's chest in a line between the user's armpits and midway between them. The corners of the other end are grasped in the user's hands and the piece is held in a generally horizontal position. Objects striking the piece can then be caused to rebound from it and the trajectory of the rebounded object can be influenced by manipulation of the piece. In a preferred embodiment the sheet material is elastic and the garment comprises adjustable straps arranged to position the piece on the wearer as described above. The garment is used in play and games in which an object such as a ball is repeatedly rebounded from the garment.

摘要： The invention is a hollow novelty ball having a multiplicity of extending flexible whisker-like protrusions. The whiskers are generally within the range of about 0.5 to 2.5 times the diameter of the ball. Materials of construction may vary but for a small ball sponge rubber has been found to be very satisfactory ball and very small diameter surgical rubber tubing for the whiskers. As an example, a ball about 21/2 inches in diameter may have about 14 to 20 whiskers. For a larger ball the size of a soccer ball or basket ball the whiskers may be formed on basal patches or strips that are adhesively or otherwise bonded to the surface of the ball. The balls when thrown will travel straight but roll to a stop very rapidly due to the whisker action. They are particularly useful for teaching children throwing and catching skills and for juggling since, when in the air, they appear considerably larger than their actual diameter.
