摘要： Polymerized liposome particles based upon lipids having a polymerizable functional group and a metal chelator to attach an imaging enhancement agent and lipids having an active targeting group to provide targeted polymerized liposome contrast agents. The polymerized imaging enhancement liposome particles interact with receptor targets holding the image enhancement agent to specific sites providing in vivo study by magnetic resonance, radioactive, x-ray or optical imaging of the expression of molecules in cells and tissues during disease and pathology.
