摘要： An apparatus and a method for processing string materials, particularly electric conductors, includes at least one first string material guide for conveying the string material along a path of movement to a processing apparatus and including at least one second string material guide located between the first guide and the processing apparatus. The first guide means further includes at least one guiding element by which self-twisting of the string material about the longitudinal axis thereof may at least be impeded. The second string material guide includes another guiding element which is rotationally positioned about an axis arranged at a given angle with regard to the path of movement and is driven by a driving apparatus. The guiding elements are rotated either continuously or intermittently.

摘要： A stranding of long winding material using a substantially cylindrical rotary body. The rotary body includes a first passage for guiding a first winding material through the cylindrical rotary body and a second passage for guiding a second winding material through the cylindrical rotary body. The first passage connects a first offset inlet on a first end side of the rotary body to a first offset outlet on a second end side of the rotary body, which opposes the first end side. The second passage connects a second input, arranged on a surface of the rotary body extending between the two end sides, to a second offset output on the second or first end side of the rotary body.

摘要： A method for laying elongated winding material, such as for example wire, insulated or non-insulated strands, glass fibers, and the like, in which the strand-type material is wound in layers onto rotationally symmetrically shaped winding spools, the winding material being guided to a winding spool via a deflecting roller for the laying, and for the distribution on the winding spool the deflecting roller is moved essentially parallel to the axial direction, a sensor unit acquiring the position of the spool flange as well as the winding diameter of the winding material, and control signals for the movement of the deflecting roller being derived from the measurement values of the sensor unit.
