Abstract: A vehicle wheel includes a substantially circular disc defining opposing first and second surfaces. The disc includes a first region, such as a flange, that is substantially perpendicular to the plane defined by the disc and projects from the first surface, and a second region adjacent to the first region. The second region has a continuous curvature extending toward the center of the disc. The continuous curvature defines a radius of curvature and a center of curvature, both of which being located on a side of the second surface.
