摘要： A game apparatus includes a CPU, and displays on a monitor a scene viewed from a virtual camera moving in a virtual game space. In the game apparatus, an aspect ratio of an image to be displayed on the monitor is acquired, and a moving speed of the virtual camera is set based on the aspect ratio. For example, a visual field of the virtual camera is set based on the aspect ratio, and as the image is laterally longer with respect to a longitudinal thereof, the visual field in a crosswise direction is made wider, and therefore a crosswise moving speed of the virtual camera is made smaller.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a sheet conveyance section having a sheet storing member to store sheets that have been aligned in a prescribed placing direction, which conveys a sheet stored in the sheet storing member; an image forming section having an image carrier, which forms an image on the image carrier; an image transfer section which transfers the image formed on the image carrier onto a sheet conveyed by the sheet conveyance section; a winding detection section which detects whether or not the sheet conveyed by the sheet conveyance section is wound around the image carrier; and a controller which controls to instruct an operator to conduct a change operation of the placing direction of the sheets stored in the sheet storing member based on a sheet winding detection signal outputted from the winding detection section.

摘要： An automotive display system includes a frontward information acquisition unit, a position detection unit and an image projection unit. The frontward information acquisition unit acquires frontward information. The frontward information includes information relating to a frontward path of a vehicle. The position detection unit detects a position of one eye of an image viewer riding in the vehicle. The image projection unit generates a first virtual image at a corresponding position in scenery of the frontward path based on the frontward information acquired by the frontward information acquisition unit and projects a light flux including an image including the generated first virtual image toward the one eye of the image viewer based on the detected position of the one eye. The first virtual image has a size corresponding to at least one of a vehicle width and a vehicle height.
