Abstract:
The present invention discloses a loudspeaker, and a manufacturing method and a sound production method therefor. The loudspeaker includes a vibrating diaphragm, a frame, a magnetic loop system, a voice coil, a suspension edge, a connecting member and a limiting part, wherein the magnetic loop system is arranged on the frame. A lower end of the voice coil is coupled to the magnetic loop system. A suspension edge outer side and a suspension edge inner side of the suspension edge extend and are respectively connected to the frame and the vibrating diaphragm, so as to allow the suspension edge to be maintained between the frame and the vibrating diaphragm. The connecting member is configured to connect to the vibrating diaphragm and the voice coil. A limiting outer side and a limiting inner side of the limiting part extend and are respectively connected to the frame and the connecting member, so as to allow the limiting part to be maintained between the frame and the connecting member.
Abstract:
A diaphragm and suspension edge includes inner and suspension edge portions. The inner suspension edge portion includes an inner suspension edge body, and one or more inner side elastic ribs protruding relative to the inner suspension edge body. Each inner side elastic rib forms a bulge on a first side of the inner suspension edge portion, and forms a flute on the opposite side. The outer suspension edge portion includes an outer suspension edge body, and one or more outer side elastic ribs protruding relative to the outer suspension edge body. Each outer side elastic rib forms a protrusion on a first side of the outer suspension edge portion, and forms a groove on the opposite side. The suspension edge restricts the displacement direction of the vibration unit of a speaker in the axial vibration direction thereof to prevent offset of the vibration unit.
Abstract:
A vibration unit for an acoustic arrangement includes an encircling frame, a vibration member, and a weaving suspension extended between the vibration member and the encircling frame for enabling the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved. The weaving suspension includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs radially and outwardly extended from the vibration member to the encircling frame to form a weaving-like structure, such that the vibration member is prohibited to move along a rib extending direction of each of the reinforcing ribs to ensure the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved in a linear direction.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic vibration device includes a vibration plate device, a voice coil assembly, a magnetic loop system, and a peripheral basin frame. One end of the peripheral basin frame is coupled to the vibration plate device, and the other end thereof is coupled to the magnetic lop system. The peripheral basin frame includes a plurality of connecting frames, wherein every two connecting frames are connected by a connecting member to form an integral peripheral basin frame. The size of the peripheral basin frame is adjusted by the distance between the connection frames or relative increase of the number of the connection frames, so that the size of the peripheral basin frame is adjustable to match with the vibration plate device of the electromagnetic vibration device. Only a mold is required to manufacture the connecting frame to form the peripheral basin frame for different sizes of electromagnetic vibration device.
Abstract:
An acoustic unit, which is arranged for coupling with a vibration system to produce an audio sound, includes a frame, a vibration member for being reciprocatingly moved in response to the vibration system; and a resilient suspension which is provided around the vibration member and is located between the vibration member and the frame, wherein the suspension has a stretching section integrally extended from the vibration member and a cushioning section integrally extended from the stretching section to the frame. The cushioning section only allows the stretching section to displace along a direction the same as a vibration direction of the vibration member to restrict a vibrating movement of the vibration member. The acoustic unit is incorporated with an acoustic module, wherein when a loudspeaker of the acoustic module operates, the acoustic unit synchronously vibrates to provide an enhanced low frequency audio effect.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker includes a magnetic circuit system, a paper cone, a suspension, a voice coil, and a frame; the magnetic circuit system is mounted at a frame low end of the frame; a suspension inner side and a suspension outer side of the suspension are respectively connected to a paper cone outer side of the paper cone and a frame high end of the frame; a voice coil high end of the voice coil is connected to a driven position of the paper cone; a voice coil low end of the voice coil and the magnetic circuit system are magnetically connected to each other; the driven position of the paper cone deviates from the center axis of the loudspeaker. Thus, when the loudspeaker is mounted in a housing to form a loudspeaker device, the effect of a diffraction problem on the loudspeaker device can be reduced or avoided.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a speaker box module, and particularly relates to a loudspeaker that produces sound through the mechanical vibration generated by electromagnetic force and a manufacturing method therefor. The loudspeaker comprises a speaker box module which comprises a speaker, a passive radiator and a speaker box panel, wherein a mounting hole is arranged in the speaker box panel; the speaker is arranged in the mounting hole and is integrated with the speaker box panel by means of insert injection molding; a secondary mounting hole is arranged in the speaker box panel at one side of the mounting hole; and the passive radiator is arranged in the secondary mounting hole and is integrated with the speaker box panel by means of insert injection molding. The loudspeaker is small and thin, structurally simple, and enhances bass, and can be used as a built-in speaker or an external speaker for modern tablet computers or smart phones, and the like. In order to ensure that the speaker box has excellent acoustic effect, the present invention uses an insert injection integrated manufacturing process, which ensures maximum acoustic effect of the speaker box while greatly reducing man-hours and thereby increasing production efficiency.
