    摘要: A speaker diaphragm includes: a vibrator; and a suspension adhered to an outer peripheral part of the vibrator and supporting the vibrator so that the vibrator can vibrate, at least part of the suspension including a top surface member constituting a top surface part of the suspension, a rear surface member constituting a rear surface part of the suspension, and an intermediate member between the top surface member and the rear surface member, these members being stacked, the intermediate member having a rigidity lower than that of at least one of the top surface member and the rear surface member, the top surface member having one or more first holes, the rear surface member having one or more second holes, and at least some of the first holes and second holes being dispose so as to overlap across the intermediate member in a direction in which the members are stacked.

    摘要: A passive radiator structure includes an integrally formed diaphragm structure and a surround suspension. The diaphragm structure includes a diaphragm, a frame, and a web-like spider having a plurality of suspension arms integrally extended to between the diaphragm and the frame. The surround suspension has a radially inner gluing edge adhered to a radially inner location of the diaphragm structure around the diaphragm, and a radially outer gluing edge adhered to a radially outer location of the diaphragm structure around the frame. The surround suspension and the web-like spider of the diaphragm structure form two suspension elements for stably supporting the diaphragm, enabling minimized irregular shaking and reduced weight of the diaphragm, as well as reduced sound distortion, increased compliance and upgraded efficiency of the passive radiator structure.

    摘要: A micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) optical sensor including an enclosure having a top wall, a bottom wall and a sidewall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall. The sensor further including a compliant membrane positioned within the enclosure, which is configured to vibrate in response to an acoustic wave and having a grating formed therein. A reflector is formed directly on an inner surface of one of the bottom wall or the top wall of the enclosure. A light emitter is positioned within the enclosure along a side of the compliant membrane opposite the reflector, the light emitter is configured to transmit a laser light toward the grating and the reflector. A light detector is positioned along the side of the compliant membrane opposite the reflector, the light detector configured to detect an interference pattern of the laser light, which is indicative of an acoustic vibration of the compliant membrane.

    摘要: A speaker includes a basket, a membrane system with a sandwich-like membrane that becomes thicker from the outside inwards, an oscillation coil mounted in the center and at the level of the membrane on a support. A first centering centers the membrane in the basket in a first plane, and a second centering connected with the support centers the membrane in a second plane via the support. A symmetrically designed stray field magnet system with two magnets with opposingly-oriented poles and a pole plate are centrally placed between the magnets. The stray field magnet system centrally penetrates the membrane, the oscillation coil is at the level of the pole plate in its non-deployed state, and the stray field magnet system is situated in centered fashion to the basket. A centered lip forms a closed and flexible connection between the stray field magnet system and the membrane system.

    摘要: The present invention provides a loudspeaker driver not suffering from high levels of distortion caused by the non-linear stiffness commonly found with drivers that utilize progressive suspension elements. The novel suspension element for suspending the diaphragm of a loudspeaker driver to the chassis thereof has a geometry with two opposing first sections and two opposing second sections, which connect the two first sections. The second sections have a curvature radius smaller than that of the first sections. The mean height of the radial cross-sectional profile of the second section is higher than the height of the cross-sectional profile of the first sections. The first sections have an axial stiffness greater than the second sections.
