Abstract: An advanced chassis structure design offers more battery storage spaces than same-class electric vehicles. The chassis structure provides four battery storage spaces. The significance of these additional storage areas lies in their direct impact on extending the driving range of the vehicle. The chassis structure design further addresses the issue of battery replacement in an electric vehicle chassis. Typically, when an electric vehicle runs out of battery, it takes several minutes or even hours for the battery to be fully recharged. When the battery is broken, the replacement process often involves significant disassembly, which is also time-consuming. With the chassis structure design, the battery is positioned underneath the chassis and fastened within the battery tray and protective battery case. This means that when it comes to battery replacement, the battery can be swapped just by removing a few screws.

Abstract: A foldable structure assembly includes a side expansion wall with a scissor motion system as the driving force of the expansion. The side expansion can include a flexible bellow as support of a pneumatic wall formed therewithin. An expandable floor system can be driven by the same motion system as the scissor motion system so that the floor is automatically deployed as the structure is expanded. Through those structures, the design can expand to provide about 80% more living space just in one motion, pushing out the side wall. During this motion, the wall gap will be filled by the pneumatic wall automatically and the floor gap will be filled by a part of the side wall. The expandable structure provides a simple expanding method and innovative wall structure.

Abstract: An electric vehicle chassis includes multiple battery compartments specifically arranged therein. The chassis can include a main structure extending longitudinally along a length of the electric vehicle which it supports. The main structure can include a first, upper main structure battery compartment. A lower main structure frame can be disposed below the first, upper main structure battery compartment to provide a second, lower main structure battery compartment. Side battery compartments can be attached to opposite sides of the main structure frame to provide third and fourth, side battery compartments. Thus, the vehicle chassis can provide four distinctly positioned battery compartments for the placement of batteries for the electric vehicle, providing more battery storage spaces than conventional same-class electric vehicles.
