Abstract: For stabilizing the operation of the motors in a system having a machine such as a rotary kiln driven by two motors, and where speed fluctuations of different frequencies may occur in the system, the motors are controlled through a single control member when the fluctuations are below a certain frequency whereas for fluctuation above that frequency a high pass filter permits the control signals to pass individually to the two motors.
