Abstract: An image display system and an image data capture device are disclosed. The image data capture device includes a connector, a controller, and a storage device. The connector is connected to an image data transfer path of a display and receives the image data transferred on the image data transfer path directly. The controller encodes or decodes the image data and generates processed image data. The storage device stores the processed image data.
