Abstract: Antibodies and fragments thereof which bind to peptide-MHC complexes are described. In particular, an antibody binding to a peptide-MHC complex comprising a peptide of p53 and a MHC Class I molecule comprising α-chain encoded by an HLA-A*24 allele is claimed. Also disclosed are compositions comprising such antibodies and fragments, and uses and methods of treating, preventing and diagnosing cancers using the same.
