Abstract: A system capable of associating tickets with an account to provide ticketless entry to an event. The system may verify that a user is associated with the account using far field verification techniques, such as using facial recognition or by detecting wireless signals. The system 100 may improve a user experience by simplifying the process of entering the event, as the far field verification techniques do not require direct interaction with the user. As a result, the user may access the event without stopping at the entrance to provide proof of purchase (e.g., a physical or electronic ticket, bar code, etc.), proof of identification (e.g., driver's license, passport, biometric scans, etc.) and/or other information.

Abstract: Techniques for facilitating reservations between a first creative entity and a first venue. Digital audio data for a first creative entity is analyzed to determine acoustic attributes. A plurality of potential venues are determined. A machine learning model is used to calculate an estimated demand metric for the first creative entity for each of the plurality of potential venues, based on a venue profile for the respective venue and acoustic attributes for the first creative entity. Two or more venues are selected and a proposed itinerary is created. A digital order is generated based on the proposed itinerary. User profile data for the first creative entity is updated, upon successful completion of the digital order, and a digital transaction is generated to automatically charge a determined first amount to an account for the first venue and to transfer a determined second amount to an account for the first creative entity.

Abstract: An automated ticket reservation system proactively reserves tickets for a venue on behalf of customers who are identified as “fans” of the venue or an artist of an upcoming event at the venue. Subscribing customers to a proactive ticket reservation service can thereafter receive electronic notifications of tickets that have been proactively reserved for them based at least in part on a demonstrated interest in the venue or the artist of the upcoming event. The proactive ticket reservation system can determine that a subscriber is potentially interested in an event or a venue by analyzing customer data, including content streaming behavior and/or purchasing behavior of the subscriber.

Abstract: Methods and systems for determining optimal ticket pricing using an estimated future interest in a live event. The methods and systems may include processors configured to determine relationships that are indicative of interest in a live event using one or more types of data, including live event data that indicates characteristics of individual live events, ticket data that indicates information regarding ticket sales to past live events, user data that indicates characteristics, past purchases, and/or affinities of individual users. The processors may also generate and maintain a live event interest model that is configured to use one or more determined relationships to estimate interest in an upcoming live event. The processors may use one or more types of data, the determined relationships, or the live event interest model to estimate future interest in an upcoming live event.
