Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning a surface includes a liquid delivery system for storing cleaning liquid and delivering the cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned, a fluid recovery system and a control system. The control system includes a controller that is coupled to a sensing assembly. Methods of operating the same include sensing foam or liquid with the sensing assembly.
