    Abstract: An insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) assembly includes a wafer; a first heat dissipation plate and a second heat dissipation plate being disposed on two surfaces of the wafer in a thickness direction of the wafer respectively, a plurality of first heat dissipation pins being disposed at an interval from each other on a surface of the first heat dissipation plate facing away from the second heat dissipation plate, and a plurality of second heat dissipation pins being disposed at an interval from each other on a surface of the second heat dissipation plate facing away from the first heat dissipation plate; and an insulating waterproof housing covering a portion of the wafer exposed from the first heat dissipation plate and the second heat dissipation plate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric motor control system and a vehicle. The electric motor control system includes a motor drive module, a multi-core processing module, and a safety logic module. The multi-core processing module includes a main function core and a lockstep monitoring core. The main function core is configured to obtain sampling data, and when any one of the sampling data, a running status of the main function core, a motor control signal, and a running status of a motor is abnormal, the lockstep monitoring core outputs a safety trigger signal; and the safety logic module is configured to output an instruction for prohibiting execution of the motor control signal to the motor drive module when receiving the safety trigger signal.

    Abstract: A motor control system includes a drive unit, a backup control unit, and a power unit. The drive unit is electrically connected to the power unit, and is configured to convert a received low-voltage drive signal into a high-voltage drive signal and output the high-voltage drive signal to the power unit. The power unit outputs, according to the high-voltage drive signal, a power supply drive signal provided by a high-voltage battery. The power supply drive signal is configured to drive a motor connected to the power unit to rotate. The backup control unit is electrically connected to the drive unit. The drive unit is configured to output a diagnosis signal indicating a running status of the drive unit to the backup control unit.

The master control module is configured to output a low-voltage drive signal to the drive module, the drive module converts the low-voltage drive signal into a high-voltage drive signal and outputs the high-voltage drive signal to a power unit, and the power unit outputs, according to the high-voltage drive signal, a power supply drive signal provided by a high-voltage battery. The monitoring module is electrically connected with the master control module and the drive module, and is configured to acquire the low-voltage drive signal, and output a fault signal to the master control module when the low-voltage drive signal is abnormal, to control the master control module to stop outputting the low-voltage drive signal.

    Abstract: A motor control system includes a main control unit, a power supply unit, and a driving unit. The main control unit obtains sampling data of a motor and a power supply signal from the driving unit, generates a motor control signal according to the sampling data, and outputs a safety enable signal when determining that motor drive is abnormal according to the sampling data or when determining that power supply to the driving unit is abnormal according to the power supply signal. The power supply unit supplies power to the main control unit, monitors a state of the main control unit, and outputs a safety cut-off signal when the power supply unit or the main control unit is abnormal. The driving unit drives the motor according to the motor control signal, and switches to a safe path when receiving any one of the safety enable or safety cut-off signal.
