A computer generated webpage having a plurality of selectable links comprising a column of color family chips disposed along a left edge of the webpage display, a column of miniature color chip sub-family arrays display adjacent the column of color chips, and a centrally located enlarged display of one of the miniature color chip sub-families, the webpage further comprising an enlarged color chip appearing in an upper right corner thereof, a room display beneath the color chip, and a color palette display positioned beneath the centrally located enlarged display.
Abstract:
Systems and methods include a server configured to provide a web site application to a remote computing device over the Internet. The remote computing device receives user input to control a cursor. The web site application is configured to enable the remote computing device to display a plurality of color sheen chips on a display of the remote computing device, each color sheen chip representing a different color sheen. The web site application is configured to enlarge a particular color sheen chip of the plurality of color sheen chips on the display when the cursor hovers over the particular color sheen chip and to toggle the color sheen chip left and right when the cursor is moved back and forth over the particular color sheen chip.

An automated method and apparatus for providing color selection capability to a user wherein a first display is generated on a display apparatus of an array of color family groups disposed in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns. Upon selection of a particular color family group, a second display is generated comprising an enlarged display of a particular selected color family group and a reduced size miniature version of the array of color family groups. A third display may further be generated in response to selection of a color chip on the second display during which generation a color chip selected on the second display is caused to appear in an enlarged form in the third display.

Systems and methods are provided and include a web server configured to provide data to a terminal for generating a first, second, and third web page display screens within a web browser. The first web page display enables selection of a particular color family. The second web page display screen is generated in response to the selection and has an enlarged display of the particular color family. The enlarged display includes color chips associated with the particular color family and enables selection of a particular color chip. The third web page display screen is generated in response to the selection of the particular color chip and has an enlarged display of the particular color chip. A thumbnail navigation frame displays color families, a link enabling return to the first web page display screen, and a color name and/or a color number associated with the particular color chip.
