摘要： Pro-apoptotic signaling caused by down-modulation of KIAA0358 or expression of IG20-SV4 effectively induces spontaneous apoptosis and sensitization to TNFα-induced apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells. Methods and composition to enhance cell death in neuroblastoma are provided. Methods and compositions to reduce cell death in neurodegenerative disorders are provided.
