Abstract: This invention relates to an apparatus and system for acquiring non-standard PID corresponding to non-standard operation of a vehicle by using selection input of a user received through a user terminal and OBD data collected from an OBD (On Board Diagnostics) terminal in a vehicle, and the method thereof, and non-standard PID of non-standard operation of a vehicle may be acquired through simple operation of a user terminal regardless of types of vehicles.
