The display panel includes: a base substrate, a low temperature poly-silicon semiconductor layer, an oxide semiconductor layer and a source-drain metal layer, wherein the source-drain metal layer corresponding to a bending region is provided with a plurality of mutually insulated traces extending in a first direction and arranged in a second direction; an inorganic layer between the base substrate and the source-drain metal layer, wherein the inorganic layer is provided with a groove in the bending region, and the traces are disposed above the groove; and a flexible insulating material between the inorganic layer in the bending region and the traces, wherein the flexible insulating material fills the groove.

The pixel driving circuit includes first to fifth switching elements, a driving transistor, a first storage capacitor, and a second storage capacitor. The pixel driving circuit can eliminate the influence on the driving current caused by the threshold voltage of the driving transistor, the voltage drop resulting from the wire resistance, and the aging of the electroluminescent element, so as to ensure the consistency of the driving current output by each pixel driving circuit and the uniformity of brightness of each pixel display.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit, a pixel array, a display device, and a driving method. The pixel circuit includes a pre-storage sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit, a first reset sub-circuit, and a light emitting control sub-circuit. The pre-storage sub-circuit is used to maintain and provide a data voltage of a current frame image, and pre-store a data voltage of a next frame image. The driving sub-circuit is used to drive a light emitting device to emit light. The first reset sub-circuit is used to be turned on during the reset phase to transmit the reference voltage to the driving sub-circuit and turned off during a time period other than the reset phase. The light emitting control sub-circuit is used to control that the driving sub-circuit is coupled to or decoupled from the light emitting device.

    摘要: A display panel has a first region including a first display region and a second display region, the first display region includes a first sub-region and a second sub-region. The display panel includes: a substrate; light-emitting devices including first light-emitting devices located in the first display region and second light-emitting devices located in the second display region; pixel circuits including first pixel circuits coupled to the first light-emitting devices and second pixel circuits coupled to the second light-emitting devices; and signal lines. The first pixel circuits are located outside the first display region, and the second pixel circuits are located in the second display region.
