Abstract: A data transmission method, a terminal and a base station are provided. The data transmission method includes: determining, by a terminal, data transmitted in the first TTI length and/or data transmitted in the second TTI length that are processed in a same sub-frame based on capability reported by the terminal or a predefined rule, the data including a shared channel and/or a control channel; wherein the first TTI length is less than the second TTI length.
