    Abstract: A container having a pressurized chamber containing a fluidic material and a dispensing assembly coupled thereto. The dispensing assembly includes a dispensing passageway for discharging the fluidic material from the container. A dispensing valve, a tilt valve, and a pump assembly are all operably coupled to the dispensing passageway. The tilt valve is alterable between a closed state in which the pressurized chamber is scaled and an open state in which the dispensing passageway is fluidly coupled to the pressurized chamber. The pump assembly is alterable between a first state in which a variable volume of the dispensing passageway in at a first volume and a second state in which the variable volume is at a second volume that is less than the first volume. Thus, the pump assembly creates a negative pressure behind the dispensing valve to prevent excess fluidic material from being dispensed.

    Abstract: A dispensing apparatus for holding and dispensing sheets containing a benefit composition. The dispensing apparatus includes a housing having a longitudinal axis, a base component having a dispensing slot, and a lid component coupled to the base component to define a storage cavity. A stack of sheets is positioned in the storage cavity and oriented at an oblique angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the housing. A dispensing member is configured to dispense a lowermost sheet from the stack. The lid component is alterable between a non-dispensing position and a dispensing position by applying a downward axial force onto the lid component relative to the base component during which the lid component engages the dispensing member and the dispensing member engages the lowermost sheet from the stack of sheets to dispense the lowermost sheet through the dispensing slot.

    Abstract: A dispenser (10) for holding and dispensing consumable products (300). The dispenser may include a first component (100) having a storage cavity (103) containing a plurality of consumable products, a closer member (150) that closes an open end (104) of the storage cavity, and a second component (200) pivotably coupled to the first component for dispensing one of the consumable products at a time.     Abstract: A container (100) is provided that includes a chamber (102), a dispensing passageway and a resilient valve (120). The chamber contains a viscous fluidic material. The valve (120) is configured to transition from a normal state to a dispensing state upon a discharge pressure being applied to the chamber (102) to allow the viscous fluidic material to pass through the orifice (131) of the resilient valve and to be dispensed from the dispensing passageway as a string of the viscous fluidic material. The orifice (131) is open in the normal state. The valve is also configured to return from the dispensing state to the normal state upon cessation of the discharge pressure, whereby the resilient valve (120) assumes a pinching state while returning from the dispensing state to the normal state in which the string of the viscous fluidic material is pinched off by the orifice edge.

    Abstract: An oral care implement with fluid dispensing system includes a head, handle, and intermediate neck. The head comprises plural tooth cleaning elements. A reservoir containing oral care fluid is fluidly coupled to an elastomeric valve nested between a pair of longitudinally spaced protective lamellas on the head. A depressible actuator button operates to dispense the oral care fluid from the reservoir through the valve to the tooth cleaning elements. The protective lamellas formed of elastomeric material are foldable to alternating cover the valve to prevent ingress of external fluids in the oral cavity of the user into the valve to minimize fouling of the fluid dispensing system. Laterally open areas between the lamella allow the oral care fluid to migrate outwards to the tooth cleaning elements. To control the dosage of oral care fluid dispensed, a modular system comprising interchangeable spacer inserts is usable to change and customize the dosage.
