Abstract: A cylinder head of an air-cooled internal combustion engine which is provided with a pressure oil channel for the additional cooling of places in the cylinder head that are particularly subjected to thermal stresses; on the inside of the cylinder head the pressure oil channel passes over into a hollow space whereby cooling ribs are arranged at the inner walls of the hollow space.
