    Abstract: Device (1) for a system for layer-by-layer construction of a body (K) from a substance (S) which can be hardened by radiation, comprising a vat (3) having a vat base (2) for receiving the substance (S) which can be hardened by radiation, comprising a building platform (4) which is arranged above the vat base (2) and which is height-adjustable in relation to the vat base (2) and comprising a sensor (5) cooperating with the vat base (2), wherein the vat base (2) is configured to be at least partially flexible, wherein a chamber (6) is provided wherein the chamber (6) is delimited by an underside of the vat base (2), wherein the sensor (5) is adapted to detect a volume change of the chamber (6) and to provide a sensor signal from which a sign of the volume change can be determined.

    Abstract: A stereolithography apparatus (1) for generating a three-dimensional object (2) from a photocurable substance (3), comprising: a vat (4) for storing the photocurable substance (3); and a platform (5) for supporting the three-dimensional object (2), wherein the platform (5) is movable relative to the vat (4); an optical unit (6) for sequentially projecting layered images towards the photocurable substance (3) for hardening the photocurable substance (3) deposited between the three-dimensional object (2) and the bottom of the vat (4); further comprising: an oscillation unit (7) adapted to horizontally oscillate the vat (4) concomitantly with the projection of the layered images with a substantially constant amplitude that is smaller than the pixel size of the layered images in the horizontal direction for preventing adhesion of the three-dimensional object (2) to the bottom of the vat (4).

    Abstract: A 3D printer comprising a resin vat, a component carrier, a transport box for depositing the component carrier, a transport device for removing the component carrier from the transport box and transporting it into the resin vat, and for moving the component carrier downward and upward in the resin vat The transport device has translatory axes in the vertical and horizontal directions, each of which can be driven independently by a motor, the transport device having a locking device that detachably connects the component carrier. The locking device, during the downward movement along the vertical translatory axis, reaches a specific position (P) by the drive of the respective motor, at which a stop located on the vertical translatory axis sets a coupling element in motion. A spring-loaded locking pin arranged in contact with the coupling element is immersed in a bayonet opening of the component carrier by the movement. The immersed locking pin can be brought into a locking position in the bayonet opening via the horizontal translatory axis.
