摘要: Filter systems with filter bag assemblies including filter bags with gaskets configured to form radial seals, as well as corresponding methods of assembling and using the same, are described herein. The filter systems, filter bag assemblies, and filter bags with gaskets may be used in filter systems to remove particulate matter from air or other gases. Methods of using the filter systems and methods of assembling the filter bags on filter service cages in the filter bag assemblies are also described.

摘要: Air cleaner assemblies, components, and features are described. The features can be used to provide that the air cleaner assembly includes a housing and cover within which primary and secondary filter cartridges, having a media pack and a seal arrangement surrounding the media pack, can be installed. The filter cartridges can include an open end cap with an axially deviating seal arrangement and a plurality of axially extending channels for engaging with ribs on the housing. The filter cartridges can also include extension members extending from the open end cap that include the axially extending channels, entirely or partially. The filter cartridges can also include a guide member extending from the extension members for providing a low friction surface against the housing during installation that allows axial force exerted by the installer to be translated into a rotational force that rotates the filter cartridge during installation.

摘要: According to the present disclosure, air cleaner assemblies, housings, serviceable filter cartridges and features, components, and methods, relating thereto are disclosed. In general, the features relate to systems that are configured to aid in inhibiting an improper cartridge from being installed in an air cleaner housing, during servicing. A variety of features are characterized, and in many examples, the cartridge includes a seal arrangement having radially directed seal surface with at least a first non-wavy or non-projection/recess section and a second wavy or projection/recess section. Examples are shown and described in detail.

In an embodiment, a filter restriction indicator (100) can have an electronics control cartridge (800) including an internal spacer frame (304), a first circuit board (346), a second circuit board (302) disposed over the first circuit board (346), and a pressure sensor (336) in electrical communication with the first circuit board (346). A filter fluid tube (318) defines a filter fluid channel (348) in fluid communication with the pressure sensor (336). The internal spacer frame (304) can secure the first circuit board (346) at a fixed distance from the second circuit board (302). A lower housing (108) defines an ambient pressure port (310). A cap (102) defines an interior volume (332) into which the electronics control cartridge fits (800). The cap (102) can define a shielding panel (112) configured to fit over an exterior portion of the ambient pressure port (336) when the cap (102) is engaged with the lower housing (108). 摘要: A filter element, for placement in a housing of a filter system, includes a filter medium pack and a seal arrangement having a seal and a seal carrier. The filter medium pack includes, for example, a pleated filter medium or a fluted filter medium. The seal carrier includes an axial side coupled to at least a portion of an axial face of the filter medium pack by a thermal welding manufacturing process. The coupling of the seal to the seal carrier is obtainable by manufacturing the seal arrangement with a multi-material injection molding manufacturing process. The present disclosure further relates to a method for manufacturing a filter element, the method including steps of thermal welding and multi-material injection molding.
