Abstract: According to the present disclosure, air cleaner assemblies, housings, serviceable filter cartridges and features, components, and methods, relating thereto are disclosed. In general, the features relate to systems that are configured to aid in inhibiting an improper cartridge from being installed in an air cleaner housing, during servicing. A variety of features are characterized, and in many examples, the cartridge includes a seal arrangement having radially directed seal surface with at least a first non-wavy or non-projection/recess section and a second wavy or projection/recess section. Examples are shown and described in detail.

Abstract: Air cleaner assemblies, components, and features are described. The features can be used to provide that the air cleaner assembly includes a housing and cover within which primary and secondary filter cartridges, having a media pack and a seal arrangement surrounding the media pack, can be installed. The filter cartridges can include an open end cap with an axially deviating seal arrangement and a plurality of axially extending channels for engaging with ribs on the housing. The filter cartridges can also include extension members extending from the open end cap that include the axially extending channels, entirely or partially. The filter cartridges can also include a guide member extending from the extension members for providing a low friction surface against the housing during installation that allows axial force exerted by the installer to be translated into a rotational force that rotates the filter cartridge during installation.

A cap (102) defines an interior volume (332) into which the electronics control cartridge fits (800). The cap (102) can define a shielding panel (112) configured to fit over an exterior portion of the ambient pressure port (336) when the cap (102) is engaged with the lower housing (108). Abstract: A filter element for filtering a fluid comprising a filter medium pack having an axial inlet side for receiving the unfiltered fluid and a circumferential side forming a radial boundary of the filter medium pack. The filter medium pack is configured for insertion into a housing of a filter system so as to enclose or partly enclose the circumferential side of the filter medium pack with an outer sidewall of the housing.
