摘要: Process for the production of lipids from biomass including at least one polysaccharide comprising: —subjecting said biomass to hydrolysis to obtain a mixture comprising a first solid phase and a first aqueous phase; —preparing an inoculum comprising at least one oleaginous microorganism in a first fermentation device to obtain a first fermentation broth; —feeding said first aqueous phase and said first fermentation broth to a second fermentation device to obtain a second fermentation broth; —subjecting at least a portion of said second fermentation broth to microfiltration to obtain a first retentate and a first permeate; —feeding said first retentate to said second fermentation device; —subjecting said first permeate to a purification treatment to obtain a second permeate and a second retentate; —feeding said second retentate to said second fermentation device; —at the end of said fermentation, subjecting said second fermentation broth to separation to obtain an aqueous suspension of oleaginous cellular biomass comprising lipids and a second aqueous phase. The lipids thus obtained can advantageously be used in the production of biofuels.

An aqueous fraction obtained by reverse osmosis of a spent fermentation broth is recycled as a feed for growth of the oleaginous microorganism. The lipids thus obtained can be advantageously used in the production of biodiesel or green diesel which can be used as such, or in a mixture with other automotive fuels.

摘要: A process for the production of lipids from biomass derived from guayule plants comprising: obtaining a hydrolysate comprising 5 carbon atom (C5) sugars from biomass derived from guayule plants, said 5 carbon atom (C5) sugars being present in said hydrolysate in a quantity greater than or equal to 80% by weight, preferably ranging from 85% by weight to 99% by weight, with respect to the total weight of said hydrolysate; feeding said hydrolysate to a fermentation device in the presence of at least one oleaginous yeast to obtain a fermentation broth; at the end of fermentation, subjecting said fermentation broth to separation obtaining an aqueous suspension of oleaginous cellular biomass comprising lipids and an aqueous phase. The lipids thus obtained can be advantageously used in the production of biofuel such as, for example, biodiesel or green diesel that can be used as such, or in mixtures with other fuels, for automotive transport.
