摘要: Disclosed are techniques and systems for producing microbials having anaplerotic oils that are rich in odd-chain fatty acids, and other beneficial components, at higher concentrations than those present in other natural dietary sources of OCFA, at lower cost, and higher production yield. Such compositions can comprise pentadecanoic and heptadecanoic fatty acids. The techniques described herein include methods for producing and deriving such compositions rich in odd-chain fatty acids from microbials, including microalgae and yeasts/fungi.

摘要: A process for a reactive extraction and subsequent purification of organic molecules from biomass comprises extracting one or more products from the biomass using an extraction solvent to solvate the products, contacting the biomass with a reactant during the extracting, recovering the one or more products, performing ultrafiltration to remove impurities from the one or more products to produce a filtered extract, extracting oils in the filtered extract using adsorption to produce a de-oiled extract, performing transesterification or hydrolysis on the de-oiled extract, and performing adsorptive purification on the ferulic acid, coumaric acid, ferulate, coumarate, or a combination thereof. The one or more products comprise extracted organic molecules comprising a ferulate or a coumarate, and the one or more products are separated from the biomass as a liquid extract.

摘要: A method designed to clarify the coffee oil contained in coffee grounds or in whole and/or damaged coffee beans. Said objective is achieved by way of a method that starts with inoculation of the coffee grounds or coffee beans with macromycetes, especially with white rot fungi, continuing with an incubation step that allows complete population of the coffee grounds or coffee beans by the fungal mycelium to be achieved, and finishing with steps of drying and extracting the coffee oil. 摘要: A microbial oil comprising dihomo-γ-linolenic acid as a constituent fatty acid of an oil, the microbial oil has a content, in terms of a weight ratio of arachidonic acid relative to dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (arachidonic acid/dihomo-γ-linolenic acid) of less than 1/13. Preferably, the microbial oil has a triglyceride content of greater than or equal to 70% by weight, and a saturated fatty acid content of less than or equal to 40% by weight. Moreover, a lower alcohol ester of dihomo-γ-linolenic acid or a free fatty acid of dihomo-γ-linolenic acid obtained from the microbial oil is provided.

The poultry is comminuted, solubilized with a food grade acid or base to form a liquid protein fraction and a solid fat fraction. The protein in liquid fraction is precipitated and the protein product retains the color of raw meat.
