Abstract: A lubricant composition which protects polymeric articles, and which also inhibits corrosion of metal, the composition including at least one oxyalkylated alcohol carboxylatic acid or salt thereof, and methods of using the same. The composition is advantageous where hydrogen peroxide is also present.
