The present invention relates to a data transmitting method using a bandwidth request channel and a user terminal and a base station conducting the same. The present invention provides a communication method by a user terminal which transmits data to a base station via a bandwidth request channel, including: generating a preamble for bandwidth request; determining whether a message for the bandwidth request is generated; generating a first signal value to be operated with the preamble when it is determined that the message is generated and generating a second signal value to be operated with the preamble when it is determined that the message is not generated; operating the preamble with the generated first signal value or second signal value; and transmitting a signal including the operated preamble to the base station, thereby reducing overhead occurring when the bandwidth request information is demodulated.

Provided are an apparatus and a method for processing signal in a multiple access mobile communication system based on multiple beams, and a multiple access mobile communication system based on multiple beams. The apparatus includes: a modulating unit modulating a common control signal and a traffic data signal to be transmitted to a plurality of respective communication terminals; a mapping unit mapping the common control signal and the traffic data signal modulated by the modulating unit to subcarriers, respectively; a phase shifting unit phase-shifting the common control signal mapped to the subcarrier as long as a delay time designated to correspond to the plurality of communication terminals; and a Fourier transforming unit generating a transmission signal corresponding to each communication terminal by Fourier-transforming the respective subcarriers to which the common control signal and the traffic data signal phase-shifted as long as the designated delay time are mapped.

Method and apparatus for processing hybrid automatic repeat request process in communication system are disclosed. An operation method of a communication node comprises configuring one or more hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) groups; and deploying at least one HARQ process identifier (ID) in each of the one or more HARQ groups, wherein each of the one or more HARQ groups includes a HARQ memory group, a memory controller group controlling the HARQ memory group, and a decoder group performing a decoding based on data stored in the HARQ memory group by accessing the HARQ memory group through the memory controller group. Therefore, performance of the communication system may be enhanced.

An operation method of a relay base station in a communication network including a central base station, the relay base station, and a terminal may comprise receiving a request message for requesting a low latency service from the terminal; in response to the request message, measuring a signal quality of a radio link between the central base station and the relay station and a signal quality of a radio link between the relay base station and the terminal; determining whether to support the low latency service based on the signal qualities; and when the low latency service is determined to be supported, transmitting downlink data received from the central base station to the terminal without performing modulation and demodulation operations, or transmitting uplink data received from the terminal to the central base station without performing modulation and demodulation operations.
