Abstract: Provided is a terminal device with which deterioration in hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmission performance can be inhibited by continuing a downlink (DL) HARQ process for DL data before and after changing the uplink link-DL configuration. In this device, a decoder stores, in a retransmission buffer, DL data transmitted from a base station, and decodes the DL data, and a wireless transmitter transmits a response signal generated using a DL-data-error detection result. A soft buffer is partitioned into a plurality of regions for each retransmission process on the basis of the highest values among retransmission process numbers respectively stated in a plurality of configuration patterns which can be set in the terminal.

Abstract: Systems and non-transitory computer-readable mediums for scheduling resources for a specific sidelink are described. Some embodiments provide scheduling of resources for a sidelink between a first user equipment (UE) in communication with a base station and a specified second UE in communication with the first UE, such as using downlink control information (DCI) and/or radio resource control (RRC) signaling. The scheduling of sidelink resources may be with respect to a dynamic grant (DG) or a configured grant (CG). Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Provided is a radio communication device which can make Acknowledgement (ACK) reception quality and Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) reception quality to be equal to each other. The device includes: a scrambling unit (214) which multiplies a response signal after modulated, by a scrambling code “1” or “e−j(π/2)” so as to rotate a constellation for each of response signals on a cyclic shift axis; a spread unit (215) which performs a primary spread of the response signal by using a Zero Auto Correlation (ZAC) sequence set by a control unit (209); and a spread unit (218) which performs a secondary spread of the response signal after subjected to the primary spread, by using a block-wise spread code sequence set by the control unit (209).

Abstract: A repetition unit (212) performs a repetition for mapping a data signal and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) repeatedly at a symbol level over a plurality of subframes. A signal allocation unit (213) maps, in the a plurality of subframes, the repeated DMRS to symbols other than symbols corresponding to an SRS resource candidate, which is a candidate for a resource to which a sounding reference signal (SRS) to be used to measure an uplink received signal quality is to be mapped. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some cases, randomized shifts of a base sequence may be used for transmitting uplink control information. For example, a user equipment (UE) may identify a base sequence of an uplink control message. The UE may also receive signaling that indicates a UE-specific initial shift that may be applied to the base sequence. In some examples, the signaling that indicates the randomized shift may be explicit, implicit, or a combination thereof. After determining one or more shifted sequences based on the UE-specific initial shift, a payload of the uplink control message, and the base sequence, the UE may select a shifted sequence to be transmitted, where the selection is based on a payload of the uplink control message. For example, different shifted sequences may be selected for respective transmissions of scheduling requests, 1-bit acknowledgments (ACKs), 2-bit ACKs, and the like.
