Abstract: An antenna comprising a main arm comprising conductive material, wherein the main arm is connected to a signal feed, and a first coupling arm comprising conductive material, wherein the first coupling arm is electrically coupled to a ground, and wherein the first coupling arm is electrically coupled to the main arm across a first span of nonconductive material. Also disclosed is a mobile node (MN) comprising a signal feed, a ground, and an antenna comprising a main arm comprising conductive material, wherein the main arm is connected to the signal feed, and a first coupling arm comprising conductive material, wherein the first coupling arm is connected to the ground, and wherein the first coupling arm is electrically coupled to the main arm across a first span of nonconductive material.
