Abstract: A container for loose materials made by folding a blank made of flexible material includes a concertina folding spout, hinged to the containment walls at a hinge defined by a line of weakness of the blank and configured to pass from a retracted position to an extracted position; reversible locking means are provided which are configured to reversibly fix the concertina folding spout in the retracted position to the containment walls; also provided are sealing elements configured to fix the concertina folding spout in the retracted position to the containment walls until the container is opened for the first time, after which the sealing elements permanently change their configuration from the closed configuration to an open configuration which is visible to a user.

Abstract: A packet for smoking articles includes: a group of smoking articles; a container having a containing portion for receiving the smoking articles, wherein an empty space, devoid of smoking articles, is defined in the containing portion; a covering body of said container having a tubular wall extending along a reference axis, within which the container is inserted and configured for moving along the reference axis, between a safety position wherein the container is in a retracted condition within the covering body and access to the group of smoking articles is impeded, and a use position wherein the container is in an extracted condition with respect to the covering body for providing access to the group of smoking articles. The packet may include a blocking system arranged to prevent movement of the container from the safety position to the use position and to enable this movement via an unlocking element.
