Abstract:
An embossing device comprises a first embossing roller and a second embossing roller forming a passage for a web of wrapping material to be embossed, which has a main line of extension and a direction of feed; the first embossing roller comprises on its outer surface toothings to make an imprint on the web; a first toothing having a first impression to imprint on said web a first segment of a reference for identifying a section of the web and a second toothing to imprint a decorative pattern on the web; the second toothing comprises a zone without teeth for defining on the web a second, unembossed segment of the reference; the first toothing and the zone without teeth are offset from each other along a directrix of the first roller.
Abstract:
An apparatus for testing the tightness of containers (1) closed by respective membranes (2) comprises a deforming unit (15) configured to exert a deforming action on a plurality of said containers (1), and a detection unit (40) for detecting the deformation of the membrane (2) of each container (1) submitted to the deforming action, wherein said deforming unit (15) comprises a plurality of deforming devices (20), and each deforming device (20) is individually associated with a single and respective container (1) of said plurality of containers to exert said deforming action.
Abstract:
A packet for smoking articles includes an outer container, substantially shaped as a parallelepiped having an open top end and a hinged lid, which can rotate between positions for opening and closing the, open top end and which is defined by a rear wail a front wall, two side walls and a top wall. One bottom edge of the front wall is integral with a reinforcement wall which is folded by 180° around the edge and which is positioned in abutment against the inside surface of the front wall. The reinforcement wail includes at least two panels which are integral with each other in pairs along folding lines of weakness and which can be inclined relative to each other around the lines of weakness to be positioned in abutment, at least, against the inside surface of the lid at the top wall.
Abstract:
A method and relative apparatus for testing the tightness of a container closed by a membrane are described. The method includes steps of: submitting the container to a deforming action to increase the pressure inside the container; submitting the membrane to an abutting action to counteract the deformation of the membrane caused by the deforming action; maintaining the action of abutting the membrane at the same time as the action of deforming the container for a set period of time; interrupting the action of abutting the membrane at the end of the period of time; detecting at least one parameter related to a membrane profile when the abutting action has ceased; and comparing the at least one parameter related to the membrane profile with a predefined threshold to verify whether the tightness of the container is to be classified as defective.
Abstract:
A container for pasty or semi-liquid products of substantially tubular shape and extending along a longitudinal axis. The container includes: a first longitudinal end which is closed and flattened; an opposite second longitudinal end including an opening and a dispensing element; a first side wall and a second side wall, opposite each other and interposed between the first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end. The container includes, at the first side wall and second side wall, a plurality of first lines of weakness which are transverse to the longitudinal axis and which define a plurality of corresponding zones; the first lines of weakness are such that the zones of the first side wall and of the second side wall are selectively squeezable, in twos, towards each other and progressively from the first longitudinal end to the second longitudinal end, defining corresponding stable configurations for the zones.
Abstract:
A container for loose materials made by folding a blank made of flexible material includes a concertina folding spout, hinged to the containment walls at a hinge defined by a line of weakness of the blank and configured to pass from a retracted position to an extracted position; reversible locking means are provided which are configured to reversibly fix the concertina folding spout in the retracted position to the containment walls; also provided are sealing elements configured to fix the concertina folding spout in the retracted position to the containment walls until the container is opened for the first time, after which the sealing elements permanently change their configuration from the closed configuration to an open configuration which is visible to a user.
Abstract:
A rigid container for containing articles, preferably solid soap, the container extending along a main axis and includes a top wall and a bottom wall lying in respective planes transversal to the main axis, and a front face, a rear face, which extend from the top wall to the bottom wall and two sides or lateral faces which extend from the top walk to the bottom wall; the front face of the container includes a convex front panel which has a first supporting portion, and the rear face of the container includes a rear panel which has a second supporting portion shaped to mutually match the first supporting portion.
Abstract:
A packet of cigarettes which includes a group of cigarettes, an outer container with a lid which is movable between an open position and a closed position and vice versa, an inner wrapper wrapped around the group of cigarettes and housed inside the outer container, and a label movable between a position for opening and a position for closing the inner wrapper; the packet comprises a layer of adhesive material between the label and the lid and a removable tongue located at least partly on top of the layer of adhesive material; the lid is connectable to the label by means of the layer of adhesive material after the tongue has been removed from the selfsame layer of adhesive material.
