Abstract:
An aseptic molding process of a container starting from a parison (20) made of a thermoplastic material, comprising steps of: blowing a first fluid into the parison (20) located in a mould (10); introducing the first fluid into the compensating chamber (14) of the mould (10) through an inlet (15); evacuating the first fluid from the molded container; evacuating the first fluid from the compensating chamber (14) through an outlet (16) fashioned therein; sterilising the compensating chamber (14) by supplying to the inlet (15) a second fluid containing a sterilising agent and evacuating the second fluid from the outlet (16) of the compensating chamber (14).
Abstract:
A bottling apparatus (1) in aseptic conditions of containers (100) made of a thermoplastic material, comprising: at least one mobile organ such as, for example, a blowing nozzle (24) that is partially located in a contamination-controlled environment (3) isolated from an external environment (4); a linear motor (6) for driving the mobile organ (24), the linear motor (6) comprising a cylindrical stator (7) and a rotor or magnetic shaft (8) integrally connected to the mobile organ (24), the separation volume between the rotor (8) and the cylindrical stator (7) being sanitisable by means of a sanitising fluid that passes through a grooved surface (14, 15, 18).
Abstract:
A treatment apparatus (1) of closures (2, 22) for containers using a sterilizing substances, comprising: a rotating unit (6); dispensing means (16) of the sterilizing substance; at least two types of rails (7a, 7b), longitudinal and parallel, of which a first type of rails (7a) houses, by force of gravity, a first format of closures (2) and a second type of rails (7b) houses, by force of gravity, a second format of closures (22), the rails (7a, 7b) being solidly constrained to the rotating unit (6) and being arranged in such a way as to follow a circumferential extension thereof.
Abstract:
A bottling apparatus (200) in aseptic conditions of containers (100) made of a thermoplastic material, comprising: a stretching rod (5) partially located in a contamination-controlled environment (3) isolated from an external environment (4); a linear motor (6) comprising a cylindrical stator (7) and a rotor (8) integrally connected to the stretching rod (5); a first support (107) and a second support (207) for the rotor (8), arranged at opposite ends of the cylindrical stator (7) and integrally connected thereto, in each of the supports (107, 207) at least one passage (707, 807; 107a, 207a) being obtained to allow a sanitising fluid to pass through a separation volume (30) defined between the cylindrical stator (7) and the rotor (8).
Abstract:
A treatment apparatus (1), using a sterilizing substance, for closures (2) for containers, including: a rotating unit (6); a plurality of longitudinal rails (7) able to house the closures (2) arranged by force of gravity, the rails (7) being solidly connected to the rotating unit (6) and being arranged such as to follow a circumferential extension of the rotating unit (6); dispensing apparatus (16) of the sterilizing substance, a variable-height support profile (15) located below the rails (7) and also having a circumferential extension such as to support the lines (8) of closures (2).
