Abstract: The disclosure discloses a display system, display glasses and a display system control method. The display system includes an eyeglass, a first optical engine, a light guide, and a light receiver. The eyeglass includes a first display area and a non-display area. Imaging light emitted from the first optical engine is received by the first display area. The light guide is disposed on a periphery of the eyeglass or at least a part of the light guide is disposed in the non-display area, and the light guide is provided with an optical communication channel for light transmitting. The first optical engine is disposed at one end of the optical communication channel, and the light receiver is disposed at another end of the optical communication channel. The technical solution of the disclosure can avoid increasing the size of the glasses.
