Abstract: A hydraulic system includes at least one hydraulic unit (2) having at least one flow path (14, 16, 18), an hydraulic actuator (22), provided for influencing a hydraulic flow through the flow path (14, 16, 18), at least one sensor device (24, 26), and a control device (10) for controlling the hydraulic actuator (22). The at least one sensor device (24, 26) includes a storage device (32) provided for containing information specifying the hydraulic unit (2). The control device (10) is configured to receive the information stored in the storage device (32) of the sensor device (24, 26) and to set up a control of the hydraulic actuator (22) based on the received information specifying the hydraulic unit (2). A method is provided for controlling the hydraulic actuator.

Abstract: A circulation pump assembly (2) includes an electric drive motor (6) and a control device (10) integrated into the circulation pump assembly (2). At least one internal temperature sensor (16) is arranged in the circulation pump assembly (2) and detects the temperature of the medium delivered by the circulation pump assembly (6) and issues a corresponding temperature signal (42) to the control device (10). The control device (10) is configured, on the basis of the temperature signal (42) of the internal temperature sensor (16), to approximately determine the temperature of the liquid in a liquid storage means (26) which is connected to the circulation pump assembly (2) via a heating circuit (28).

Abstract: A method for controlling the power limit of a pump device includes controlling the power limit of the pump device on the basis of a pump media temperature Tm and an ambient temperature Ta measured inside a control box of the pump device. A pump device, in particular a centrifugal pump, is driven by a motor. Abstract: A hydraulic heating and/or cooling system hydraulic manifold is constructed in a modular manner with a main module (2). At least one load module (4) is connectable to the main module (2) and includes a hydraulic connection (22, 24) for a load circuit, and a closed-loop control device (26, 28) controlling flow through the load and for connection to an identically configured further load module (4). The at least one load module (4) includes a circuit board (44) which extends between a first (34) and a second axial end (36) of the load module (4) and which at its first (34) and second end (36) have electrical couplings (50, 52) which correspond to one another. The electrical coupling (52) at the second end (36) of the circuit board (44) can electrically conductively engage with an electrical coupling (50) at the first end (34) of the further identical load module (4).

Abstract: A hydraulic valve includes a valve housing (4) with an inside that defines at least one first flow path (7), and with a valve insert (16) which is arranged in the inside of the valve housing (4). The valve insert (16) includes a movable valve element (14) situated in the first flow path (7). An infrared temperature sensor (46) is arranged on or in the valve housing (4) and is directed onto a surface of the valve insert (16) or a surface of a thermal conductor (48) connected to the valve insert. A hydraulic manifold may be provided with such a hydraulic valve.
